Video SYNC signal or V Phase, not balanced, would cause picture up-rolling this would occur when there is a weak, strong differential video signal into DVR. Also if the video signal is under a long range cabling may cause Impedance not Matching . For Coaxial cabling, use the CB001VH ( Coaxial BALUN) for extra interference isolation, twisted pair cabling, use the TVB001.
