Video SYNC signal or V Phase, not balanced, would cause picture up-rolling this would occur when there is a weak, strong differential video signal into DVR. Also if the video signal is under a long range cabling may cause Impedance not Matching . For Twisted Pair cabling, use the TVB-001 ( Twisted Pair BALUN) for extra interference isolation, Coax cabling, use the CB-001VH.
